What This Privacy Policy Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process when you use Trade Goblin as an individual user or as an authorized user of an organization account.
In most cases, we act as the data controller for account, billing, support, and product operations data. In some cases (for example, where an organization customer submits and manages data through our service), we may act as a processor on that customer's behalf under contractual instructions.
This policy does not apply to aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.
Region-Specific Disclosures
Depending on your location, additional legal rights may apply. See the "EEA, UK, and Switzerland" section below for additional disclosures.
If you are a California resident, you may have specific rights under California privacy laws. Nevada residents may also have state-specific rights. We do not sell personal information for money.
If you access the service from outside the country where our infrastructure operates, your information may be transferred and processed in other jurisdictions.
