Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Service Scope

Trade Goblin provides market signals, analytics, dashboards, and workflow tools. We may add, remove, or modify features over time, including limits by plan tier.

We may suspend access if needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, billing non-payment, or infrastructure protection.

3. No Investment Advice

The Services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, position sizing, broker configuration, and risk management. Trading involves substantial risk and may result in loss of principal.

4. Data Use and Privacy

We process data needed to operate and secure the Services, such as account identifiers, authentication data, subscription/billing status, service telemetry, and user settings.

We use this data to provide product functionality, maintain reliability, prevent fraud and abuse, support users, and improve the Services. We do not sell your personal data.

Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Google OAuth and Google User Data

If you sign in with Google, we access only the Google data and scopes you explicitly authorize (typically basic profile information such as name, email address, and profile image, plus OpenID identifiers).

We use Google user data only to authenticate you, secure your account, and operate the user-facing features you requested. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data.

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure the Services (for example, hosting, logging, and security subprocessors under confidentiality and security obligations), or as required by law.

We adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke Google access at any time in your Google account permissions settings. If you revoke access, some or all Google sign-in related functionality may stop working until you re-authorize.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

• violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or disrupt system integrity;
• upload malicious code, automate abuse, or interfere with other users;
• resell or sublicense the Services without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers (for example, brokers, market data, payment, and authentication providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy changes, account actions, or data handling performed by third-party providers.

8. Fees, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed on the cadence shown at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. If payment fails, we may limit or suspend paid features until billing is resolved.

9. Intellectual Property

Trade Goblin and its software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal use.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit, and grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, profitable outcomes, or suitability for any trading strategy.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES), EXCEPT WHERE APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS SUCH LIMITATION.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, non-payment, legal risk, or security reasons.

On termination, your rights under these Terms end immediately, except provisions that by their nature should survive (for example, payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
